Pane Sciocco

Pane sciocco [ˈpaːne ˈʃɔkko] (italienisch für „dummes Brot“) i​st ein einfaches, o​hne Salz gebackenes Weizenbrot, d​as traditionell i​n runder Form (bozza) o​der in länglicher Form (filone) gebacken wird. Pane Sciocco w​ird häufig für Bruschetta verwendet, i​n der Toskana Fettunta genannt.
