Der Ostrysz liegt im Hauptkamm der Gubałówka.
Tourismus
Der Gipfel ist von allen umliegenden Ortschaften leicht erreichbar. Er liegt auf dem Gebiet des Ortes Dzianisz. Er liegt außerhalb des Tatra-Nationalparks.
