Der Om Parvat hat eine Höhe von 6191 m. Die Nordseite liegt im Distrikt Pithoragarh des indischen Bundesstaates Uttarakhand. Die Südseite des Berges im nepalesischen Distrikt Darchula der Verwaltungszone Mahakali. Der Osthang des Om Parvat befindet sich auf tibetischem Gebiet.
