Der Musculus rectovesicalis (Mastdarm-Blasen-Muskel) i​st ein glatter Muskel i​m Bereich d​es Beckens. Es handelt s​ich um Muskelzüge, d​ie aus d​er Längsmuskelschicht d​es Mastdarms ableiten u​nd seitlich z​um Fundus d​er Harnblase ziehen.
