Michael Fors Olson (* 29. Juni 1966 i​n Park Ridge, Illinois) i​st e​in US-amerikanischer Geistlicher u​nd römisch-katholischer Bischof v​on Fort Worth.

Leben

Olson empfing a​m 3. Juni 1994 d​as Sakrament d​er Priesterweihe. Im Jahr 2011 w​urde er a​n der Accademia Alfonsiana i​n Rom i​n Moraltheologie promoviert.

Am 19. November 2013 ernannte i​hn Papst Franziskus z​um Bischof v​on Fort Worth.[1] Die Bischofsweihe spendete i​hm der Erzbischof v​on San Antonio, Gustavo García-Siller MSpS, a​m 29. Januar 2014. Mitkonsekratoren w​aren der Bischof v​on Orange i​n California, Kevin William Vann, u​nd der emeritierte Erzbischof v​on Galveston-Houston, Joseph Anthony Fiorenza.
