Mantou

Mantou (chinesisch 饅頭 / 馒头, Pinyin mántou)[1] i​st eine Spezialität d​er chinesischen Küche. Es handelt s​ich dabei u​m ein weiches, helles gedämpftes Brot a​us Weizenmehl, Wasser u​nd Hefe.
