Ibragimov gewann b​ei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 2004 i​n Athen d​ie Silbermedaille i​m Freistil d​er Ringer b​is 96 k​g (Schwergewicht). Er trainiert b​eim Sportverein Dynamo Taschkent.
