Der MUKS Tomaszów Mazowiecki (Międzyszkolny Uczniowski Klub Sportowy Tomaszów Mazowiecki) ist ein polnischer Frauenfußballverein in der polnischen Stadt Tomaszów Mazowiecki. Der Verein wurde 1997 gegründet und schaffte es zur Saison 2011/12 erstmals in die Ekstraliga Kobiet, die höchste polnische Frauenfußballliga.
