Leben
Boylan studierte an der University College Dublin. Sie war von 2014 bis 2019 Abgeordnete im Europäischen Parlament und dort Mitglied der GUE/NGL-Fraktion im Ausschuss für Umweltfragen, öffentliche Gesundheit und Lebensmittelsicherheit.
