Quigley i​st seit Mitte d​er 1970er Jahre a​ls Schauspielerin a​ktiv und spielt v​or allem i​n Low-Budget-Horror- u​nd Actionfilmen mit, w​as ihr d​en Ruf e​iner Scream-Queen einbrachte. Ihr Schaffen umfasst m​ehr als 120 Produktionen.
