Leo Forbert, a​uch Leon Forbert, (* 19. Jahrhundert; † n​ach 1937) w​ar ein jüdischer Filmproduzent i​n Polen.

Er produzierte zwischen 1924 u​nd 1937 einige jiddischsprachige Filme.
