Klaus Lanzinger
Klaus Lanzinger (* 16. Februar 1928 in Wörgl; † 5. Dezember 2020) war ein österreichischer Amerikanist.
Leben
Er ging in Kufstein aufs Gymnasium und studierte von 1948 bis 1952 Geschichte und Amerikanistik an der Universität Innsbruck. Nach der Promotion über Nathaniel Hawthorne war er Forschungsassistent am damals neu gegründeten Amerika-Institut in Innsbruck. 1967 wechselte er an die University of Notre Dame.
