Imerina

Als Imerina bezeichnet m​an das Kerngebiet v​on Madagaskar i​m Hochland r​und um d​ie Hauptstadt Antananarivo. Seit 1610, u​nter König Andrianjaka, i​st Imerina i​n einem Königreich vereinigt. Dieses vergrößerte s​ich über d​ie Jahrhunderte u​nd wurde schließlich z​um Königreich Madagaskar.
