Das Gebäude dient als Hauptsitz des kanadischen Einzelhandelunternehmens The Bay. Des Weiteren Marriott Hotel und die RBC Royal Bank. Daneben befinden sich in dem Gebäude Wohnungen und Appartements. In der Halle befinden sich mehrere Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafe's.
