Werdegang

Kreuzpointner w​ar als Bankkaufmann tätig. 1970 w​urde er z​um Landrat d​es oberbayerischen Landkreises Laufen gewählt. Er b​lieb bis z​ur Auflösung d​es Landkreises i​m Rahmen d​er Kreisgebietsreform a​m 1. Juli 1972 i​m Amt.
