Home Islands
Die Home Islands[1] sind eine unbewohnte australische Inselgruppe im Korallenmeer. Sie sind Cape Grenville im australischen Bundesstaat Queensland direkt vorgelagert und bestehen aus etwa zehn Inseln oder Felsen.
