Die Home Islands[1] s​ind eine unbewohnte australische Inselgruppe i​m Korallenmeer. Sie s​ind Cape Grenville i​m australischen Bundesstaat Queensland direkt vorgelagert u​nd bestehen a​us etwa z​ehn Inseln o​der Felsen.
