Heliopolis Rotary Squash Open 2010

Die Rotary Heliopolis Open 2010 fanden vom 11. bis 16. April 2010 in Kairo, Ägypten statt. Das Squashturnier der Herren war Teil der PSA World Tour 2009/10 und gehörte zur Kategorie 4 Star. Es war mit 42.000 US-Dollar dotiert.

Grégory Gaultier besiegte im Endspiel Omar Mosaad mit 8:11, 11:2, 11:6 und 11:5 und gewann damit seinen 17. Titel auf der World Tour.

Das Teilnehmerfeld der Herrenkonkurrenz bestand aus 16 Spielern, davon waren vier Plätze für Qualifikanten vorgesehen. Die acht besten Spieler wurden gesetzt. Per Wildcard erhielt Islam El Fiky einen Startplatz im Hauptfeld.
