Kandidaten

Morgan Lewis trat mit seiner eigenen Fraktion in der Demokratisch-Republikanischen Partei zu Wiederwahl an. Sein Vizegouverneurskandidat war Thomas Storm. Für die Gegenseite trat Daniel D. Tompkins mit John Broome an, beide aus der Clintonian Fraktion in der Demokratisch-Republikanischen Partei.
