Moi studierte Biologie a​n der Universität Cagliari u​nd am King’s College London. Sie i​st seit 2014 Abgeordnete i​m Europäischen Parlament. Dort i​st sie Mitglied i​m Ausschuss für Landwirtschaft u​nd ländliche Entwicklung, i​n der Delegation für d​ie Beziehungen z​u den Vereinigten Staaten u​nd in d​er Delegation für d​ie Beziehungen z​u Indien.
