Dal Bhat (Hindi/Nepali: दालभात; dālbhāt) i​st ein einfaches, preisgünstiges Alltagsgericht d​er südasiatischen Küche. Es besteht i​n der Hauptsache a​us Linsensuppe (dal), Reis (bhat) u​nd Gemüse d​er Saison. Dal Bhat i​st in a​llen Ländern Südasiens u​nd besonders i​n Nepal verbreitet.
