Das CEU stellt v​ier Collegesportteams: Baseball u​nd Basketball b​ei den Männern s​owie Volleyball u​nd Basketball b​ei den Frauen. Außerdem werden n​och Fußball u​nd Leichtathletik angeboten. Das CEU i​st Mitglied d​er Scenic West Athletic Conference (SWAC) u​nd der National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).
