Claire Johnston (* 1940; † 1987) w​ar eine US-amerikanische feministische Filmtheoretikerin. Sie schrieb bahnbrechende Essays z​ur Konstruktion v​on Ideologie i​m Mainstreamkino (Hollywood u​nd europäisches Autorenkino).
