Chione (Nymphe)
Chione (altgriechisch Χιόνη Chiónē, deutsch ‚Schneeweiße‘) ist eine Nymphe der griechischen Mythologie.
Laut Stephanos von Byzanz[1] und Plinius, der sich auf Metrodoros von Chios und Kleobulos beruft,[2] war sie namengebend für die griechische Insel Chios.
