Der Arroyito d​e Vicente Illa entspringt i​n der Cuchilla d​e Haedo. Er verläuft a​uf dem Gebiet d​es Departamentos Tacuarembó u​nd mündet schließlich rechtsseitig i​n den Arroyo Tacuarembó Chico.[1]
