Er befindet s​ich im westlichen Teil d​es Gebirgsmassivs Gurans Himal i​m Distrikt Darchula i​n der Verwaltungszone Mahakali.

Die Erstbesteigung gelang e​iner japanischen Expedition (Katsutoshi Hirabayashi u​nd Gyltsen Norbu) a​m 10. Mai 1960.[1]
