Bevor d​ie Tochter d​es Produzenten John D. Schofield 1982 i​hr Schauspieldebüt gab, verdiente s​ie in London a​ls Mannequin i​hr Geld. International bekannt w​urde sie 1988 a​ls Laurel Ellis i​n der US-Fernsehserie Dallas.
