Adela Úcar Innerarity (* 1980 in Bilbao) ist eine spanische Journalistin und Fernsehmoderatorin.
Sie studierte Kommunikationswissenschaften an der Universität Navarra (und ein postgraduales Studium an der Universität Melbourne).
