Año Nuevo Island (span.: Año Nuevo = Neujahr, also Neujahrsinsel) ist eine rund vier Hektar große felsige Insel 680 Meter vor der kalifornischen Küste beim Point Año Nuevo. Östlich davon erstreckt sich die Año Nuevo Bay.
