Leben
2015 spielte Stines eine Rolle in dem Kurzfilm „A Tragic Love Story“.
Bekanntheit erlangte Stines durch die Rolle des Jason Blossom in der Fernsehserie Riverdale, in der er 2017 zu sehen war.
