Stefan Giglio (* 26. Februar 1979 in Valletta) ist ein ehemaliger maltesischer Fußballspieler. Der Mittelfeldspieler kam in der maltesischen Premier League und der bulgarischen A Grupa auf insgesamt 335 Einsätze. Er konnte siebenmal die maltesische Meisterschaft gewinnen.
