Sitzabkommen
Ein Sitzabkommen regelt den rechtlichen Status einer internationalen Organisation im Gastland.
Das Sitzabkommen gewährleistet die Unabhängigkeit der Organisation. Es regelt üblicherweise die Polizeibefugnisse an ihrem Sitz, die Vorrechte und Immunitäten der Mitarbeiter sowie fiskalische Fragen.
