Schlotfeger (Gebäck)
Schlotfeger ist ein Gebäck aus einer Hippe, die mit Schlagsahne und manchmal zusätzlich mit Butter gefüllt, und mit Kuvertüre oder Schokolade umhüllt ist.[1]
Der Name spielt auf die Ähnlichkeit mit dem Fruchtstand des „Rohrkolbens“ (umgangssprachlich „Schlotfeger“) an.
