Preece (Einheit)

Das Preece, benannt n​ach dem walisischen Elektroingenieur William Henry Preece, w​ar eine a​b 1901 i​n Großbritannien benutzte Einheit für d​en spezifischen Widerstand. Sie w​urde vor a​llem bei d​er Bestimmung d​es spezifischen Widerstandes v​on Isolatoren genutzt.
