Mit Ghamr (arabisch ميت غمر, DMG Mīt Ġamr) ist eine Stadt in Ägypten innerhalb des Gouvernement ad-Daqahliyya mit ca. 141.000 Einwohnern.

Geografie
Mit Ghamr liegt in der Mitte von vier Gouvernoraten, ad-Daqahliyya im Norden, al-Qalyubiyya im Süden, asch-Scharqiyya im Osten und al-Gharbiyya im Westen. Es ist etwa 43 Kilometer von al-Mansura und 28 Kilometer von Zagazig, der Hauptstadt von Scharqiyya, entfernt, ebenso etwa 35 Kilometer von Banha, der Hauptstadt von Qalyubiyya, und 29 Kilometer von Tanta, der Hauptstadt von Al Gharbiayya.
