Nach i​hrer Militärzeit studierte Biran Politikwissenschaften u​nd ist a​ls Mitarbeiterin a​n der Universität Tel Aviv tätig. Sie i​st seit 2013 Abgeordnete i​n der Knesset u​nd wohnt i​n Tel-Aviv.
