Michael Townsend (Admiral)

Michael Southcote Townsend CB, OBE, DSO, DSC (* 18. Juni 1908; † 1984) w​ar ein hochdekorierter englischer Admiral.

Townsend kommandierte von 1944 bis 1946 zuletzt den Zerstörer HMS Barfleur. Er wurde u. a. mit dem Order of the British Empire ausgezeichnet.
