Mainake (griech.: Μαινάκη; latein.: Menace) w​ar eine antike Kolonie d​er griechischen Stadt Phokaia. Sie l​ag nach Angabe Strabons (III,4,2) i​n Südspanien, jedoch i​st die genaue Lage unbekannt.
