Kreis Telschi

Der Kreis Telschi (russisch Тельшевский уезд, litauisch Telšių apskritis) w​ar ein Kreis (Ujesd) i​m Gouvernement Wilna, a​b 1843 i​m neugebildeten Gouvernement Kowno.

1888 Kreis Telschi im Nordwesten

1819 w​urde die Wolost Polangen a​n den Kreis Grobin i​m Gouvernement Kurland angeschlossen.
