Karma Tshomo nahm bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1992 in Barcelona im Einzelwettkampf teil, wo sie den 58. Platz belegte. Mit der bhutanischen Mannschaft belegte sie im Mannschaftswettkampf den 17. Rang.
