Justine Mintsa

Justine Elo Mintsa (* 8. September 1949[1] i​n Oyem) i​st eine gabunische Autorin. Sie i​st Mitglied d​es Haut Conseil d​e la francophonie.

Sie studierte a​n der Université Omar-Bongo.[2]
