16 mal konnte der Verein aus der Hauptstadt Conakry den nationalen Meistertitel (1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979, 1982, 1983, 1985) gewinnen sowie viermal den Pokalwettbewerb (1992, 1993, 2002, 2017). International waren die Siege im African Champions’ Cup 1972, 1975 sowie 1977 die größten Erfolge. Vereinsfarben sind Grün und Weiß.
Die Heimspiele werden im Stade du 28 Septembre ausgetragen.
