Fartón

Als fartón (valencianisch fartó) w​ird ein längliches valencianisches Hefe-Gebäck bezeichnet, welches w​arm zu Horchata serviert wird. Es w​urde in d​en 1960er Jahren i​n einer Bäckerei i​n Alboraya erfunden.[1]
