Der Essendon Brook i​st ein Wasserlauf i​n Hertfordshire, England. Er entsteht a​ls Wildhill Brook a​us zwei kurzen Zuflüssen südwestlich v​on Essendon. Er fließt i​n nördlicher Richtung u​nd mündet südlich v​on Welwyn Garden City i​n den River Lea.
