Das Museum hat eine Sammlung von Dampf- und Diesellokomotiven, Personen- und anderen Wagen sowie Stücke, die mit der Eisenbahn in Verbindung gebracht werden. Außerdem wird über die Geschichte der Eisenbahn in Guatemala informiert.
