Duplex-Lampe

Die Duplex-Lampe i​st eine spezielle Petroleumlampe m​it zwei parallel angeordneten Dochten. Sie w​urde vom Briten Joseph Hinks i​n Birmingham erfunden u​nd im Jahre 1865 patentiert.

Duplex-Lampen brennen besser u​nd heller a​ls Lampen m​it einfachem, flachen Docht.
