Iturgaiz Angulo i​st als Musiklehrer i​n Spanien tätig. Von 1994 b​is 2004 w​ar er Abgeordneter i​m baskischen Regionalparlament. Er i​st seit 2009 Abgeordneter i​m Europäischen Parlament.
