Campanelle

Campanelle (italienisch für „Glockenblumen“[1] oder „Glöckchen“) ist eine Art von Pasta, die wie eine glockenartige Blüte geformt ist. Sie hat geriffelte Ränder und eine hohle Mitte, die Soße sehr gut aufnehmen kann.
