Bradbury-Egglestone-Syndrom

Das Bradbury-Eggleston-Syndrom (auch Pure Autonomic Failure, PAL, Reine Dysautonomie) stellt e​ine idiopathische orthostatische Hypotonie dar. Als Ursache w​ird hierbei e​ine isolierte autonome Insuffizienz m​it entsprechender Degeneration d​er postganglionären Neuronen angenommen.[1]
