Belagerung von Groenlo (1595)
Die Belagerung von Groenlo durch niederländische Truppen unter dem Befehl von Moritz von Oranien fand vom 14. bis zum 24. Juli 1595 während des Achtzigjährigen Krieges statt und endete mit der Ankunft eines spanischen Entsatzheeres unter Cristóbal de Mondragón und dem Rückzug Moritz’. Zwei Jahre später kehrte Moritz zurück und konnte Groenlo nach einer Belagerung von 17 Tagen schließlich einnehmen.
