Baron Russell of Killowen, of Killowen in the County of Down, war ein nicht-erblicher Adelstitel (Life Peerage) in der Peerage of the United Kingdom.
Der Titel wurde dreimal verliehen, nämlich an folgende Lordrichter:
- Am 7. Mai 1894 an Sir Charles Russell (1832–1900);
- am 18. November 1929 an dessen Sohn, Frank Russell (1867–1946);
- am 30. Septemcer 1975 an dessen Sohn, Charles Ritchie Russell (1908–1986).
